Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Capital Projects Manager to lead a North America team overseeing $50–$70M in annual capital spend on material handling equipment and facility upgrades, with responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, and presenting business cases to executives.

You will drive asset-tracking modernization, partner with site leaders, and ensure on-time project delivery within approved budgets while shaping a 3–5 year capital plan and coordinating with Finance to align

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of capital project experience in distribution or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead a North America team of project managers on $50–$70M annual capital spend.
• Develop an MHE and facility capital strategy and benchmark spend.
• Assess facility conditions with site leaders to prioritize repairs and upgrades.
• Upgrade asset tracking to improve data quality and lifecycle cost visibility.
• Oversee project scope, planning, and budgets while minimizing operational disruption.
• Maintain a 3–5 year capital plan with annual budgeting and forecasts.
• Prepare well-supported business cases for executive funding approval.
• Select suppliers and manage contractor relationships to control costs.
• Collaborate across North America to align capital plans with priorities.
