Job summary

OJ Electronics is seeking an Account Manager North America to strengthen relationships and drive growth in the NA electrical underfloor heating market. You will expand our presence, manage key accounts, and pursue new business opportunities in a remote role reporting to the Sales Director for Underfloor Heating Products.

You will work with product managers and leadership in Denmark, traveling up to 40% mainly in the US and Canada, to align market needs with product development and optimization

Qualifications

• Min 5 years of experience in key account management or technical sales.
• Experience selling technical products or solutions.
• Ability to identify and pursue new business while expanding existing accounts.
• Experience managing long, complex sales cycles.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts by identifying additional commercial opportunities.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the North American market.
• Build strong, results‑oriented customer relationships and develop strategic accounts into key clients for OJ Electronics’ underfloor heating solutions.
• Develop and execute sales plans designed to meet or exceed annual sales targets.
• Monitor market developments, customer needs, and emerging business opportunities.
• Keep customers informed about relevant products and developments within OJ Electronics’ portfolio.
• Translate market and customer insights into actionable commercial plans.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and colleagues in Denmark to align market needs with product development and optimization initiatives.
• Coordinate with regional sales colleagues responsible for other regions of the world and the Sales Director on promotional activities and commercial priorities.
• Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues across regions to support the broader international sales organization.
