Job summary

Axia Women’s Health is seeking a Practice Manager to lead clinical and administrative operations across one or more care centers. You will supervise teams, optimize workflows, and drive growth while ensuring high-quality patient care.

The role requires a hands-on healthcare leader with experience managing physician practices, strong budgeting skills, and regulatory compliance. Travel up to 20% and on-site work are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field preferred or 2-4 years in a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience managing a high-volume practice, OB/GYN or Fertility specialty, preferred.
• Experience managing a multi-site practice.
• Experience managing 1-15 colleagues.
• Knowledge of electronic billing process and medical insurance.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare information technology (eCW preferred).

Responsibilities

• Directs, supervises, and coordinates overall clinical and business operations for the Care Center.
• Oversees 1 care center with up to 3 locations.
• Participates in strategic growth plans for Care Center; develops long-term business plans and initiatives.
• Drives quality improvement initiatives to meet industry standards.
• Monitors operational KPIs and uses data to support decision making (Tableau).
• Partners with MSO supports on regulatory compliance and workflows.
• Oversees patient experience and handles patient complaints.
• Manages expenses against budgets and procurement processes.
• Collaborates with marketing on care center projects and social media.
• Ensures liaison with referring practices and compliance with governing bodies.
