hireneXus, a large multi-site healthcare services organization, seeks an Executive Director of Operations to oversee a broad portfolio of clinical services across the Midwest with a $150M+ P&L. The role partners with physician leaders and executive teams to drive access, efficiency, and financial performance.

The position requires a leader who can operate strategically and tactically, building scalable growth, standardization, and accountable execution across a distributed platform.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations.
• Experience managing large-scale operations with significant P&L responsibility.
• Experience working closely with physicians and clinical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple service lines within a large, multi-site healthcare platform.
• Drive performance across key metrics including access, throughput, patient experience, and financial outcomes.
• Establish and maintain operating rhythms, reporting structures, and accountability frameworks.
• Hold full accountability for a $150M+ P&L, including revenue growth, cost management, and margin improvement.
• Partner with finance to develop budgets, forecasts, and performance improvement plans.
• Identify and execute opportunities to improve efficiency and optimize resource allocation.
• Collaborate closely with physician leaders to align operational priorities with clinical objectives.
• Support service line growth, provider engagement, and practice optimization initiatives.
