Job summary

CloserHire is recruiting a freelance recruitment sourcer to identify and present candidates for our client roles worldwide, with a focus on Europe and Latam. You will source, screen, and match candidates to openings and sell the right role to the right candidate.

This is a commission-based, remote role with flexible hours and the potential to combine with other work. You’ll operate in a multicultural, multilingual team with regular knowledge-sharing and progression opportunities as the company

Qualifications

• Multilingual skills preferred, Dutch/German/Nordics or others; English C1.
• Experienced sourcer with market-specific sourcing.
• Freelance hiring experience is a big plus.
• At least 1 year recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates worldwide with focus on Europe and Latam.
• Present candidates to clients and match to roles.
• Utilize personal sourcing channels and network.
• Participate in weekly team coordination meetings.
