Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in sourcing for technical or engineering roles.
• Fluent in German (C1 or above) and English.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Active sourcing is your strength, you know how to identify, approach, and engage top talent.
• Curious and always learning, thrives in startup environments where ideas shape outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract top-tier candidates through LinkedIn, AI-powered sourcing, and market research.
• Understand what truly drives candidates, their ambitions, motivations, goals, and non-negotiables.
• Reach out with personalized messages that earns the candidate’s attention.
• Build strategic sourcing reports that give clients real market transparency and clear hiring direction.
