CloserHire is a modern cloud-based Talent Acquisition agency seeking Freelance Recruiters to source candidates for roles worldwide, with emphasis on Europe and LatAm. You will present candidates to clients, identify best fits, and leverage your own network to fill positions.

Formación

• Multilingual skills preferred including English at C1 level.

The job itself

CloserHire is a modern cloud-based Talent Acquisition agency with open vacancies in over 25 countries. In order to continue our growth process and strengthen our Team, we are currently looking for Freelance Recruiters to join our operations.

Day to day that means sourcing of candidates for all of our open roles worldwide (focus on Europe and Latam), presenting candidates for the selection process with the client, efficiently identify which candidate matches which roles and able to sell the right role to the right candidate, utilize your own sourcing channels and network as baseline to source, and participate in weekly coordination and best practice exchange meetings with the rest of the Team.

What you need to bring

• Interested to work on a commission-based model per hire
• Multilingual skills are strongly preferred (Dutch, German, Nordics or others) C1 English skills
• Experienced sourcer adept at finding profiles in specific markets
• You have, or are able to generate, your own network of candidates given the right roles
• Freelance hiring experience is a big plus
• +1 year of Recruitment experience at minimum
