SpeakIt is seeking a Freelance Multilingual Recruitment Specialist to join our team in a fully remote capacity. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse clients, attracting top talent across languages, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Work 100% remote with flexible scheduling, onboarding and ongoing support, and a compensation package featuring a fixed fee plus performance-based commissions. Ideal candidates have proven recruitment experience and strong sourcing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
• Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to use recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for client positions.
• Perform database searches and other CV sourcing.
• Screen and interview potential candidates.
• Provide candidates with information on roles and clients.
• Match jobs to candidates and evaluate requirements.
• Submit relevant applicants by presenting CVs to internal team.
• Report to Recruitment Manager and Team Leader within a defined team.
