CloserHire is recruiting a freelance recruitment sourcer to identify and present candidates for our client roles worldwide, with a focus on Europe and Latam. You will source, screen, and match candidates to openings and sell the right role to the right candidate.

This is a commission-based, remote role with flexible hours and the potential to combine with other work. You’ll operate in a multicultural, multilingual team with regular knowledge-sharing and progression opportunities as the company

Qualificações

• Multilingual skills preferred, Dutch/German/Nordics or others; English C1.
• Experienced sourcer with market-specific sourcing.
• Freelance hiring experience is a big plus.
• At least 1 year recruitment experience.

What the job actually involves

Day to day you will be sourcing of candidates for all of our open roles worldwide (focus on Europe and Latam), presenting candidates for the selection process with the client, efficiently identify which candidate matches which roles and able to sell the right role to the right candidate, utilize your own sourcing channels and network as baseline to source, and participate in weekly coordination and best practice exchange meetings with the rest of the Team.

Who this suits

• Interested to work on a commission-based model per hire
• Multilingual skills are strongly preferred (Dutch, German, Nordics or others) C1 English skills
• Experienced sourcer adept at finding profiles in specific markets
• You have, or are able to generate, your own network of candidates given the right roles
• Freelance hiring experience is a big plus
• +1 year of Recruitment experience at minimum
