CCR Search is seeking a results-driven Multi-Family Sales Representative to drive growth across the Southeast from remote-based locations. You will cultivate relationships with multifamily general contractors, pursue new construction projects, and manage bids from bid through completion.

The role emphasizes strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration with estimating, operations, and installation teams to maintain a healthy project pipeline.

Qualifications

• Proven success selling into the multifamily construction market.
• Established relationships with multifamily general contractors throughout the Southeast.
• Experience selling cabinetry, countertops, or related building materials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand multifamily business throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia.
• Leverage relationships with multifamily general contractors to generate new opportunities.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new multifamily construction projects.
• Prepare, review, and manage project bids with estimating and operations teams.
• Support projects from award through completion to ensure successful execution.
