• Proven success selling into the multifamily construction market.
• Strong understanding of multifamily project bidding, estimating and proposal development.
• Established relationships with multifamily general contractors throughout the Southeast.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand multifamily business across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia.
• Leverage relationships with general contractors and developers to generate new opportunities.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new multifamily construction projects.
• Prepare, review, and manage project bids with estimating and operations teams.
• Support projects from award through completion to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with project management, operations, and installation teams.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.
• Represent the organization professionally within the multifamily community.
