Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager, Multifamily. You own paid media for a book of multifamily clients, including targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and client narrative on calls.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle budget allocation, bidding, and conversion tracking with GA4 and Tag Manager, and present 90-day roadmaps and performance stories to clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can demonstrate.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multifamily or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Create the 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client and tell the story behind the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth: retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
