Job summary
Fortune Brands Innovations seeks a Business Development Manager for multifamily across the United States. This remote, field-based role owns a regional plan, builds relationships with developers, architects, and procurement leaders, and drives product specifications across our Outdoors brands.

Qualifications
- 5+ years driving multifamily specification of building materials.
- Proven relationships with purchasing and specification decision makers.
- Experience growing business at the multifamily builder level and with channel partners.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional market strategy for multifamily construction.
- Cultivate relationships with developers, architects, and asset managers.
- Partner with distributors and pro dealers to drive revenue through channels.
- Support project opportunities from specification through close.
- Contribute to national contract strategies and cross-functional collaboration.
- Travel within territory, roughly two overnight trips per month.
