Job summary

Venture Flow LLC is seeking a data-driven Marketing Specialist to own multi-channel campaigns across paid media, lifecycle marketing, and performance analytics. You will drive lead generation, conversions, and brand reach while collaborating with design, copy, and product teams.

You will optimize funnel performance, run A/B tests, and develop segmentation strategies to enable personalized outreach. The role demands a test-and-learn mindset and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, paid acquisition, or performance campaigns.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of conversion funnels, attribution, and campaign optimization.
• Proficiency with ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn), email tools (e.g. Klaviyo, HubSpot), and analytics dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage high-performing campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, and email
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and product teams to build assets that convert
• Analyze funnel performance and run A/B tests to optimize ROI and CPL
• Own campaign reporting, attribution models, and performance metrics
• Develop customer segmentation strategies and personalized outreach flows
• Stay ahead of growth trends, tools, and emerging channels to experiment with
• Help shape our brand voice across paid and owned media
