Job summary

WM seeks a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to respond to inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or self-service tools. You will resolve billing questions, service changes, cancellations, and proration while handling 60–80 contacts per day in a fast-paced environment.

You will promote WM products and services to retain customers, provide clear explanations, and escalate issues when needed. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus; training lasts seven weeks with 8:00 AM–4:30 PM PST hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (accredited).
• 1 year of previous customer service experience.
