Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions seeks experienced Traveling Superintendents to lead field operations on commercial construction projects across the United States. This role oversees jobsite safety, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and project execution from groundbreaking through closeout.

Travel is 90-100% nationwide, with project types including retail, restaurant, grocery, and fuel/convenience store builds.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years as a Superintendent for a General Contractor
• Experience managing commercial construction projects
• Experience with Procore, MS Project or Primavera P6

Responsibilities

• Oversee all onsite construction activities and field operations
• Direct subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to maintain productivity and progress
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet key milestones
• Develop and manage short-term look-ahead schedules
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and labor to maintain workflow
• Identify potential issues early and implement solutions to avoid delays
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA compliance
• Conduct safety meetings, site inspections, and job hazard analyses
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and quality control procedures
• Manage subcontractor performance and schedule adherence
• Maintain daily progress reports and field communications
• Assist with RFIs, change orders, and field directives
• Manage punch lists and project closeout
• Coordinate site demobilization and turnover
