Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions seeks a Project Manager to lead multi-site programs in retail/restaurant construction. You will act as the owner’s rep, coordinating GC teams, designers, and vendors across locations to drive program delivery from pre-construction through closeout.

The role requires remote work from the Denver area with 50–80% travel to project sites in the Great Plains region. A 4-year construction degree and 7–10+ years of PM experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-year degree in an accredited construction program.
• 7–10+ years of QSR/Kitchen retail construction PM experience.
• Ground Up construction experience preferred.
• Strong multi-site program management expertise.
• Experience with pre-construction, permitting, scheduling, and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction activities and coordinate project teams.
• Lead pre-construction, permitting, scheduling, and closeout processes.
• Manage change orders, invoicing, and budgets.
• Maintain weekly status reports and client/vendor communications.
• Develop and maintain client and subcontractor relationships.
