Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, a veteran-owned firm, seeks a Project Manager, Construction Services to lead nationwide restaurant and retail projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will plan, coordinate, budget, schedule, and execute as general contractor, guiding teams and stakeholders to safe, on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, construction process knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, or related program.
• 5–10+ years general contracting or facilities experience.
• Proven ability to manage commercial, residential, or institutional projects.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Proficient in SmartSheet, Procore, BuildingConnected, and other PM software.
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to acquire.
• State/local GC license preferred.
• PMP, CQMC, or LEED accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all preconstruction activities including estimating support and scheduling.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Review, negotiate, and administer client/subcontractor/vendor contracts.
• Lead and mentor project teams ensuring accountability and collaboration.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project schedules using MS Project/Primavera.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost reporting.
• Oversee subcontractor/vendor invoices and change orders.
