Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead multi-site construction programs for retail/restaurant clients. You will act as an owner's representative, oversee GC teams, designers, and vendors, and drive pre-construction through closeout.

This remote-based role requires 50–80% travel to project locations across the Great Plains and beyond, including on-site work at multiple sites with frequent coordination and reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field or equivalent experience.
• 7–10+ years of experience in QSR/KITCHEN retail construction program management.
• Ground Up construction experience is highly preferred/critical.
• Strong understanding of multi-site program management.

Responsibilities

• On-Site project management of construction activities
• Directs and coordinates the activities of project team to ensure progress on schedule and within budget
• Proactively communicates project related issues to Senior Project Manager or Operations Director
• Examines drawings, schedules, and scopes for completeness and accuracy
• Reviews bid results, specs, test and progress reports for project familiarity
• Manages permitting requirements related to the project or program
• Directly manages and monitors project work in the field
• Diligently manages change orders to projects
• Prepares weekly status reports for projects
• Identifies and solves or elevates project issues related to cost, schedule, safety, or quality
• Represents the company in project meetings
• Develops and maintains relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
• Other duties as assigned
