CCMSI is seeking a Property Damage Liability Claims Adjuster to handle full lifecycle claims for a national account. Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve multi-line liability claims in a TPA setting while delivering strong client service.

The role requires 3+ years of multi-line or property damage claims experience and an active adjuster license. Hybrid schedule after training; Scottsdale, AZ location with a focus on quality outcomes and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-line claims experience or related claims experience.
• Experience handling Property Damage claims.
• Active adjuster license required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Strong collaboration and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and adjust multi-line liability claims per established procedures.
• Evaluate liability, damages, coverage, and exposure for settlement decisions.
• Review medical, legal, and miscellaneous invoices for reasonableness and applicability.
• Authorize and process claim payments within settlement authority and guidelines.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants, Attorneys, and stakeholders.
• Monitor subrogation opportunities and support recovery efforts when applicable.
• Prepare timely claim reports, reserve analyses, and client communications.
• Deliver exceptional service and maintain compliance with client expectations.
