Job summary

CCMSI is seeking a Commercial Auto & Liability Claims Adjuster to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve assigned commercial auto liability claims across national accounts. You will manage files from assignment through resolution, ensuring compliance with client standards and state laws.

You'll handle first-party property damage, bodily injury, total loss exposures, subrogation, and select litigated matters.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial auto, liability, or multi-line claims handling experience.
• Active homestate adjusters license is required.
• Experience managing claims from investigation through final resolution.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and adjust commercial auto liability claims from assignment through resolution.
• Handle first-party and third-party property damage claims.
• Evaluate bodily injury exposures and develop appropriate resolution strategies.
• Conduct liability investigations and gather supporting documentation, statements, reports, and evidence.
• Review medical records, repair estimates, invoices, and claim-related documentation.
• Establish and maintain appropriate reserves based on claim exposure and development.
