Job summary

Equity Staffing Group is seeking MTM Pharmacists for remote work in Louisiana. This 6-month contract with potential extension or conversion to FTE involves telephonic medication reviews and adherence programs. FLEXIBLE hours between 8:00am and 8:00pm CST will be required, with reporting to the Operations Team Manager.

Qualifications

• MTM pharmacist with remote work experience preferred.
• Current and unrestricted pharmacist license in residence state.
• Experience handling MTM tasks, adverse drug interactions, and adherence programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and maintain HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic comprehensive medication reviews.
• Provide adherence-related counseling and disease state management.
• Document care notes clearly and accurately.
• Coordinate with primary care providers as needed.
