Job summary

Equity Staffing Group is seeking MTM pharmacists for remote nationwide work on a 6-month contract with potential for extension to full-time employment. Responsibilities include telephonic consultations, medication reviews, and patient education, with flexible hours across CST time.

The role reports to the Operations Team Manager and requires a current pharmacist license and MTM experience. Start dates are 11/30/2026 or 12/07/2026, with shifts between 8:00am and 8:00pm CST.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of residence.
• 1+ years of remote work experience within a cross-functional team.
• Proficiency navigating MTM platforms and multi-tasking across databases.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic comprehensive medication reviews and MTM-related consultations.
• Document care notes clearly and in a timely manner.
• Assess medications for interactions, appropriateness, and adherence.
• Provide patient education on medications and disease states.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient privacy.
• Participate in departmental meetings and support special projects.
