FusionTek seeks a Technical Support Engineer II (Systems Analyst) to support diverse client environments, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with a growing MSP team. The role emphasizes documentation, mentorship, and proactive problem solving across Windows, macOS, servers, and cloud services.

This position requires strong communication, independent work, and the ability to manage multiple client stacks with varying technologies.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS.
• Experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
• Networking fundamentals, SonicWall, Datto Networking, cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Provide client support and troubleshoot escalated requests.
• Configure and support Windows Server environments and Hyper-V.
• Mentor Level I technicians and collaborate with team.
• Document tickets and maintain knowledge base.
