FusionTek is seeking a Technical Support Engineer II to support diverse client environments with MSP expertise. You will troubleshoot complex issues, install and configure Windows/macOS/365, manage servers, and assist with networking and security tasks across multiple client environments.

Hybrid work model with opportunities to work from home, DC office, and client sites. Opportunity for growth, with ongoing training, certifications, and collaboration in a fast-paced IT services team.

Qualifications

• CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ must be obtained within 6 months.
• MD-102 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide client support and troubleshooting for escalated requests.
• Handle break/fix issues, installations, and user configurations.
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, networking, server, and cloud problems.
• Deliver remote and onsite support for client environments.
• Configure and maintain Windows Server environments and Hyper-V basics.
• Assist with network security tasks and firewall management.
• Document tickets clearly using the Autotask system.
