Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Systems Engineer for our MSP team to implement, manage, and support Windows Server environments and Microsoft infrastructure across multiple customer environments.

The ideal candidate has strong on-premises Microsoft experience, solid troubleshooting, and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate with customers and senior technical staff in cloud and hybrid settings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Systems Engineer/Windows Engineer experience in MSP or enterprise.
• Strong expertise with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Hands-on PowerShell for admin tasks, reporting and automation.
• Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware) and backup/recovery.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support Windows Server environments across MSP customers.
• Deploy and troubleshoot Microsoft infrastructure services and applications.
• Maintain identity and access solutions with Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Create documentation, runbooks, and scripts for operations.
• Participate in on-call rotation and resolve critical incidents.
