SHI International Corp. is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our MSP team. You will implement, administer, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments across multiple customer setups, working with senior technical peers in cloud and hybrid contexts.

The ideal candidate has strong on-premises Microsoft experience, solid documentation skills, and the ability to communicate with customers to resolve issues and support transitions to operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant Systems Engineer or similar experience in MSP/enterprise environments.
