SHI International Corp. is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our MSP team.

The role focuses on implementing, administering, and troubleshooting Windows Server environments, Microsoft infrastructure services, and business-critical applications across multiple customer environments. The ideal candidate has strong on-premises Microsoft experience, works well with customers and senior technical staff, and can operate effectively in cloud and hybrid setups.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Systems Engineer / Windows Engineer / IT admin experience in MSP or enterprise
• Experience with Windows Server versions, lifecycle management, patching, and security
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy administration
• Experience with on-premise and hybrid identity solutions
• Experience with server applications, middleware, and SQL Server infrastructure dependencies

Responsabilités

• Implement, administer, and support Windows Server environments across multiple MSP customers
• Deploy, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Microsoft infrastructure services
• Support hybrid identity solutions integrating on-premises AD with Entra ID
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot server apps, middleware, and dependencies
• Participate in server builds, migrations, and data center modernization
• Troubleshoot OS, authentication, application, virtualization, storage, and backup issues
• Apply security hardening, patching, and privileged-access controls
• Implement highly available and resilient solutions with clustering, load balancing, and DR
• Create and maintain PowerShell scripts for administration and health checks
• Create and maintain build docs, support procedures, and knowledge articles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
• Participate in on-call rotations for critical incidents
