Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our MSP team in a remote, full-time capacity. The role focuses on Windows Server environments, Microsoft infrastructure services, and critical applications across customer environments.

Ideal candidates bring strong on-premises Microsoft experience, solid troubleshooting and documentation skills, and the ability to collaborate with customers and senior technical teams in cloud and hybrid settings. This is a remote-first opportunity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant MSP or enterprise experience as a Systems Engineer or similar.
• Solid Windows Server experience, installation, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on with AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and identity services.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support Windows Server environments across multiple MSP customers.
• Deploy and manage Microsoft infrastructure services and applications.
• Support hybrid identity with Entra ID and on-premises AD.
• Create scripts and documentation for operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in on-call rotation.
