Job summary

CAI is seeking an MSP Program Implementation Manager to lead client programs from discovery to launch and transition. The role is remote, full-time, and requires coordinating cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to meet standards, timelines, and business objectives.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in implementation or program management, experience with MSP programs, and proficiency with MSP tools, Microsoft Project, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in implementation management, project management, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder client implementations from discovery through launch.
• Experience with MSP programs and working in public-sector environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery and planning to define objectives, requirements, and milestones.
• Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to keep implementations on track.
• Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies and drive resolution.
• Support launch and transition to ongoing program operations.
