Job summary

Horizon3.ai is seeking an engineering leader to own and scale the MSP/MSSP team, driving platform capabilities for multi-tenant, scalable operations. This remote role focuses on partnering with MSPs/MSSPs to deliver NodeZero-based services at scale.

You will build and mentor engineers, shape architecture for tenant isolation and admin flows, and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Success teams to meet partner needs while guiding a strategic roadmap.

Qualifications

Experience leading engineering teams building multi-tenant SaaS platforms at scale.
Strong background in multi-tenancy, tenant isolation, and partner models.
Experience with MSP/MSSP channel software models — MSP, MSSP, OEM, white-label, reseller, or co-branded platforms.
Proven track record delivering complex platform capabilities from design through production at scale.
Knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Responsibilities

Lead the MSP/MSSP engineering team and drive platform capabilities.
Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Sales to align the roadmap with partner needs.
Balance partner support with a roadmap of platform improvements and new MSP/MSSP capabilities.
Hire and mentor software engineers focused on multi-tenant and partner platform systems.
