Job summary

Horizon3 is seeking an engineering leader to own and scale the MSP/MSSP team. You will drive platform capabilities to make NodeZero scalable for MSPs/MSSPs and manage a team of backend and full-stack engineers.

You will lead architecture for multi-tenant systems, tenant isolation, and partner licensing while partnering with Product, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Sales to align roadmaps with partner needs. This role requires strong leadership in remote or distributed environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading engineering teams for multi-tenant SaaS at scale.
• Strong background in account hierarchies, tenant isolation, and partner licensing.
• Track record of delivering complex platform capabilities to production.

Responsibilities

• Build, mentor, and grow a backend/full-stack team focused on MSP/MSSP platform capabilities.
• Drive platform strategy for MSP/MSSP use cases with multi-tenancy and tenant relations.
• Architect account hierarchies, delegated admin, tenant isolation, and entitlements.
