Job summary

Qualifications
- Prior experience in an MSP or IT support environment, preferably servicing SMB clients.
- Proficiency in network configurations and business applications like Microsoft 365.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+ or MCP are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to SMB clients.
