Addison Group is seeking a Client Success Manager for a remote role supporting a growing MSP. You will own a portfolio of 15–20 high-touch client relationships, guiding them through day-to-day needs, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a stellar customer experience.

The ideal candidate has 2–5+ years in customer success or account management, strong communication, and a proactive, ownership-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Experience owning and managing a portfolio of client relationships.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship-management skills.
• Experience handling client escalations and renewals.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple internal teams to resolve issues.

Responsabilités

• Own 15–20 client accounts and serve as primary contact.
• Understand each client's business, tech environment, priorities and challenges.
• Respond quickly to questions, requests, issues, and escalations.
• Coordinate with Service Ops, Engineering, PM to address client needs.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and develop technology roadmaps.
• Monitor account health and identify at-risk clients.
• Support renewals and upsell opportunities.
