Job summary

CAI is seeking an MSP Account Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for contingent workforce programs in Tennessee. This full-time role can be remote, with occasional travel to Nashville as required to meet client sites.

Ideal candidates will have 5–8 years in account management within staffing or recruiting for public sector or large-volume accounts and hands-on VMS experience. Eligible work authorizations only, with no sponsorship needed now or in the future.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in account management, staffing, or recruiting in staffing or services, with public sector or large-volume accounts.
• Experience with engagement types (T&M, SOW) and broad labor categories.
• Prior VMS application experience and contingent workforce knowledge.
• Strong ability to grow accounts and manage operational delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery operations for the contingent workforce program in the state.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and act as primary contact for program matters.
• Provide ongoing client support, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Provide VMS training and assistance to clients and suppliers as needed.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and oversee onboarding compliance.
• Collaborate with sourcing teams for state-specific candidate pipelines.
• Prepare and present regular business reviews to clients and partners.
• Identify opportunities for program improvements and new business within the state.
