Job summary

CAI is seeking an MSP Account Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for the contingent workforce program within the state of Tennessee. This full-time, remote role requires 5-8 years of account management in staffing or recruiting, with strong client relationships and VMS experience.

The role involves managing requisitions, building client partnerships, and driving program improvements while having the flexibility to travel to Nashville as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of account management, staffing, or recruiting in staffing/services, with public sector or large-volume accounts experience.
• Knowledge of engagement types including Time and Materials (T&M) and Statement of Work (SOW).
• Broad labor category support (Healthcare/Medical, IT, Professional Services).
• Vendor Management System (VMS) experience.
• Hands-on experience with contingent workforce management.
• Proven ability to grow accounts and manage operational delivery.
• Strong client and partner relationship management skills and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery operations for the contingent workforce program within the state, ensuring timely and quality requisition fulfillment for hourly and project work.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders & supplier partners, acting as the primary point of contact for all program-related matters.
• Provide ongoing client support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Monitor program performance against KPIs and SLAs, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Provide VMS training and assistance to the client and/or suppliers.
• Screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and contractor onboarding compliance oversight.
• Collaborate with sourcing teams to ensure a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for state-specific requirements.
• Prepare and present regular business reviews to clients and partners, showcasing value and identifying opportunities for program enhancement.
• Identify areas for continual program improvement and process enhancements that align to program maturity.
• Identify and pursue new business development opportunities within the assigned state, including new agencies, departments, and expanded service lines.
