Job summary

CAI is seeking a motivated MSP Account Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for the state’s contingent workforce program, ensuring timely requisitions for hourly and project work. This full-time remote role requires readiness to travel to Nashville as needed.

You will build durable client and supplier relationships, monitor KPIs and SLAs, provide VMS training, screen and onboard contractors, and collaborate with sourcing teams to maintain a robust candidate pipeline for Tennessee.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5-8 years of account management experience in staffing or services, with public sector or large volume accounts.
• Knowledge of engagement types: Time & Materials and Statement of Work.
• Broad labor category support (Healthcare/Medical, IT, Professional Services).
• VMS application experience.
• Hands-on contingent workforce management experience.
• Ability to grow accounts and manage operational delivery.
• Strong client and partner relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery for the contingent workforce program within the state.
• Cultivate and maintain client and supplier relationships; serve as primary contact.
• Provide ongoing client support; address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs; implement corrective actions.
• Provide VMS training and assistance to client/suppliers.
• Screen, shortlist, interview, and onboard contractors; ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with sourcing teams to maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
• Prepare and present business reviews; identify opportunities for improvement.
• Identify opportunities for new business within the state.
