Job summary

CAI is seeking an MSP Account Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for the state’s contingent workforce, ensuring timely requisition fulfillment for hourly and project work. The role is full-time and remote, with regular travel to Nashville, TN to meet client site needs.

Applicants should have 5–8 years’ account management experience in staffing or recruiting within the public sector, with strong VMS, relationship, and program-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of account management, staffing, or recruiting, with public sector or large-volume accounts.
• Know­ledge of Time and Materials (T&M) and SOW delivery.
• Experience with contingent workforce management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery operations for the contingent workforce program within the state; ensure timely requisition fulfillment.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with client stakeholders and supplier partners.
• Provide ongoing client support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor program performance against KPIs and SLAs; implement corrective actions.
• Provide VMS training and assistance to clients and suppliers as needed.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and oversee onboarding compliance.
• Collaborate with sourcing teams to secure a robust pipeline of candidates.
• Prepare and present regular business reviews to clients and partners.
