CAI is a global services firm seeking an MSP Account Manager to lead end-to-end contingent workforce operations for the state program with emphasis on timely requisition fulfillment and quality outcomes. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of account management or staffing/recruiting experience, with public sector or large-volume accounts.
• Experience with Time and Materials (T&M) and Statement of Work (SOW) project delivery types.
• Experience with Vendor Management System (VMS) applications.
• Strong client and partner relationship management skills and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery operations for the contingent workforce program within the state, ensuring timely and quality requisition fulfillment for hourly and project work.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders & supplier partners, acting as the primary point of contact for all program-related matters.
• Provide ongoing client support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Monitor program performance against KPIs and SLAs, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Provide VMS training and assistance when needed to the client and/or suppliers.
• Responsible for candidate screening and shortlisting, interview coordination, and contractor onboarding compliance oversight.
• Collaborate with applicable sourcing teams to ensure a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for state-specific requirements.
• Prepare and present regular business reviews to clients and partners, showcasing value and identifying opportunities for program enhancement.
• Identify areas for continual program improvement and process enhancements that align to program maturity.
• Identify and pursue new business development opportunities within the assigned state, including new agencies, departments, and expanded service lines.
