Job summary

CAI is seeking an MSP Account Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for the state's contingent workforce program. You will coordinate requisition fulfillment, manage relationships with client stakeholders and supplier partners, and ensure quality, on-time results for hourly and project work.

Remote-friendly full-time role based in the US with travel to Nashville as needed. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in account management within staffing or recruiting, plus strong VMS and government

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of account management, staffing, or recruiting in staffing/services, with public sector or large volume accounts.
• Knowledge of engagement types including Time and Materials (T&M) and Statement of Work (SOW).
• Vendor Management System (VMS) experience and contingent workforce management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery operations for the contingent workforce program within the state, ensuring timely and quality requisition fulfillment for hourly and project work.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client stakeholder and supplier partner relationships, acting as primary contact for program matters.
• Provide ongoing client support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Monitor program performance against KPIs and SLAs, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Provide VMS training and assistance to client and suppliers as needed.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and oversee onboarding compliance.
• Collaborate with sourcing teams to ensure a robust pipeline of state-specific candidates.
• Prepare and present regular business reviews to clients and partners.
• Identify areas for continual program improvement and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned state.
