Cross Country Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to oversee MSP accounts in a fast-paced healthcare staffing environment. You will drive daily management, maximize productivity, and maintain strong client rapport to ensure service quality.

You will handle position management, candidate submissions, and coordination with supplier partners while upholding SLAs and delivering exceptional customer service across Nursing, Allied, and non-clinical staffing as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Effective position management and data-driven performance metrics.
• Manage orders and coordinate with client hiring managers for accurate intake.
• Maintain templates for client positions and notes.
• Match facilities’ needs with qualified candidates for MSP roles.
• Ensure MSP SLA standards for timely review and submission.
• Promote Cross Country capabilities and candidates to facilities for interviews.
• Proactively call facilities to update needs and information.
• Daily follow-up with facilities on submissions, extensions, renewals.
• Document submission outcomes to all parties.
