Job summary

CAI is seeking an MSP Program Implementation Manager to lead client program implementations from discovery through launch and into ongoing operations. You will coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with objectives, timelines, and standards.

The ideal candidate has MSP program experience and is highly organized and client-focused. You will manage plans, milestones, and dependencies, while maintaining proactive communication and delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in implementation management, project management, program management, consulting, or related discipline.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder client implementations from discovery through launch.
• Experience with MSP programs.
• Strong planning, organizational, and execution skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery and implementation planning with objectives, requirements, and milestones.
• Translate requirements into clear implementation plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep implementations moving forward.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and issues; develop actions to address challenges.
• Monitor progress against timelines and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
• Launch and transition implementations into ongoing program operations; capture lessons learned.
