Bowman Williams is a niche permanent-placement staffing firm focused on IT Cloud and MSP industries, with an established book of MSP client relationships across the U.S. This role manages those relationships, takes orders, and coordinates with recruiting to place candidates.

We offer a fully remote environment within a strong, growth-oriented sales model. You’ll leverage existing relationships and a proven staffing approach to drive placements and revenue.

Qualifications

• 1+ year working within a recruiting or staffing company.
• Account management, client management or staffing-sales experience.
• Comfortable managing multiple active searches at once.
• Strong follow-through and communication.
• Prefers relationship management over cold business development.
• Able to operate independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with an existing portfolio of MSP clients.
• Stay close enough to clients to know when they’re hiring and what they’ll need next.
• Take and qualify new job orders.
• Partner with our recruiting team on search strategy and candidate profiles.
• Speak with qualified candidates about active opportunities.
• Present resumes and position candidates to clients.
• Manage interviews, feedback and follow-up.
• Navigate compensation and offers.
• Keep searches moving and close placements.
