Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Medical Affairs professional to serve as a scientific liaison to the medical and scientific community. You will network with key leaders, academic institutions, and medical directors to communicate the clinical and value information of Amgen products.

In this role, you will prioritize and adapt in a dynamic environment, collaborate across functions, and help identify opportunities for external clinical research collaborations while supporting IITs and company-sponsored trials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Master's degree preferred; advanced training in medical/scientific affairs is advantageous.
• Two years of proven experience in scientific or medical affairs at a biotech or pharmaceutical company.
• Exceptional oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a scientific liaison to the medical/scientific community.
• Network with thought leaders, academic institutions, and medical directors.
• Communicate scientific information and clinical value of products to audiences.
• Travel up to 60% for territory management and conferences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align scientific content with strategy.
• Identify external collaboration opportunities and support IITs or company-sponsored trials.
