Job summary

Amgen in the United States is seeking a Medical Science Liaison for Ophthalmology and Endocrinology to advance scientific exchange and clinical collaboration across regions. You will build relationships with researchers, present data in line with compliance, support IITs and investigator-initiated studies, and travel as needed to conferences and regional meetings.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree required.
• Master's degree with 3 years Medical Affairs experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 5 years Medical Affairs experience.

Responsibilities

• Network with medical thought leaders and key external stakeholders.
• Communicate scientific/medical information and product value to audiences.
• Prioritize in a self-directed, dynamic environment and capture customer feedback.
• Pair customer needs with internal resources.
• Collaborate with functions to address opportunities via medical information.
• Identify and train external speakers for sponsored programs.
• Support national/regional conferences to gather insights and maintain relationships with investigators.
• Evaluate external clinical collaboration opportunities and IITs/ trials.
• Monitor competitive landscape and report to senior leadership.
