Job summary

Legend Brands is seeking an Account Manager - MRO to grow sales in the assigned geographic territory, with a focus on Florida markets. You will identify and develop relationships into new sales opportunities, and drive pull-through demand by showing how our products and programs solve customers’ problems.

The role requires 3+ years in complex sales or 5+ years in solution selling with long cycles, plus 30–45% travel. Commission eligibility is noted in the compensation range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years selling into complex environments, or 5+ years selling solutions with 90–180 day cycles; distributor experience helpful.
• Experience working at local events and trade shows to generate leads and awareness.
• Proven ability to build relationships with prospects via consultative/strategic approach.
• Travel 30%–45% required.
• Prior MRO/Facilities Maintenance/Jan San channel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of sales to end-customers and distributors for Legend Brands products.
• Identify prospective customers.
• Work with independent sales organizations to promote sales in the field.
• Consult with customers to offer products/programs.
• Create and implement long- and short-term sales objectives.
• Liaise between end customers and distributors to understand needs.
• Forecast Units/Revenue.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
