Job summary

Nauchsoft, an international software development and IT consulting company, is seeking a full-time Lead Generation specialist to design and optimize a scalable lead generation process, primarily through LinkedIn and other B2B channels, to deliver high-quality leads for the sales team.

You will develop campaigns, target ICPs, refine messaging, manage CRM data, track metrics, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure smooth lead handover.

Qualifications

• Around 1 year of experience in B2B lead generation or outbound marketing.
• Practical experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach automation tools (e.g., Expandi, Waalaxy, Lemlist, Dripify, Apollo, GetSales).
• Solid understanding of B2B sales funnels and lead qualification processes.
• Strong communication and English writing skills (Upper-Intermediate level or higher).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns targeting specific industries and decision-makers (C-level, VP, Directors).
• Identify and segment target audiences based on ICPs and buyer personas.
• Optimize LinkedIn profiles and company pages to increase engagement and conversion rates.
• Create, test, and refine outreach message sequences and follow-ups.
• Manage and maintain CRM data accuracy (MiniCRM via Google Sheets).
• Track key metrics (response rate, reply rate, conversion to SQL) and prepare regular performance reports.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure a smooth lead handover and maintain a consistent feedback loop.
