Job summary

ICF seeks a Regional Archaeology Program Manager to lead the CRM practice in the Mountain West region and guide growth across projects and pipelines. This senior role will coordinate with the national leadership and serve as a regional lead for environmental compliance work.

The successful candidate will balance deep archaeology expertise with regulatory know-how, staff leadership, and business development to expand ICF’s CRM footprint in the Mountain West while supporting flexible, remote work

Qualifications

• Master’s in Anthropology or related field.
• 15+ years in cultural resources management.
• Meets Secretary of the Interior’s Qualification Standards for Archaeology.
• 10+ years in project management.
• 5+ years supervising technical staff in cultural resources management.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level leadership in archaeology, including technical approach development, task delegation, and QA/QC.
• Manage projects related to environmental compliance and resource management, including client contact, budget control, invoicing, schedule, personnel allocation/planning.
• Oversee projects evaluating resources for National Register of Historic Places and state registers; develop management recommendations.
• Lead business development efforts within CRM and pursue multi-disciplinary opportunities.
• Collaborate with ICF discipline leads to form BD strategies and pursue opportunities.
• Recruit, supervise, and mentor staff across the CRM practice.
