Job summary

CoLab is hiring a Motion Designer to bring the company's story to life through product animations and motion-driven video content. You will collaborate on storyboards, review creative direction, and own execution from storyboard to finished product.

Your work will fall into three core categories: product marketing animations, demand-gen and social videos, and brand-centric video work that strengthens CoLab's visual identity.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in motion design, animation, or multimedia production, preferably in B2B tech or SaaS.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite with After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Familiarity with Figma, Blender, and screen-recording software.
• Portfolio showing product explainers, UI animations, and brand-focused content.

Responsibilities

• Turn finalized storyboards and scripts into polished video assets.
• Collaborate with CMO and product marketing to refine storyboards.
• Design and animate product marketing videos highlighting CoLab's capabilities.
• Create high-volume short-form demand-gen and social videos.
• Animate product workflows to guide viewer understanding.
• Curate audio, voiceover, and assets to match brand tone.
• Manage projects from storyboard handoff to final delivery on a fast, iterative schedule.
