Fieldguide is a remote-first startup hiring a Motion Designer to animate brand videos, product explainers, and campaigns that bring our product to life. You will translate dense, technical concepts into visuals that are sharp, credible, and engaging, aligning with our design system and brand language.

Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling and animation craft.
- Experience turning dense product concepts into visuals.
- Ability to build reusable visual language across pieces.
Responsibilities
- Design and animate motion graphics for brand videos, product explainers, campaigns, and events.
- Develop visual language for product ideas in motion: UI animation, data viz, typography-driven storytelling.
- Own and evolve motion design system: transitions, iconography in motion, animation principles.
- Collaborate with brand, product marketing, and design from concept to final delivery.
- Partner with video editors on hybrid pieces, layering motion graphics, titles, and effects.
